Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated CCTV Salesman / Sales Executive to handle wholesale sales to installation companies, retail sales to end users, and project sales for large-scale installations. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a great experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Wholesale Sales:

- Develop and maintain relationships with installation companies and freelancers.
- Present and sell our CCTV products to wholesale clients.
- Handle bulk orders and provide quotes for large-scale purchases.

Retail Sales:

- Assist end users, such as shop owners, with their CCTV purchases.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Handle individual sales transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Project Sales:

- Collaborate with clients on project requirements and specifications.
- Provide tailored solutions and quotes for larger projects.
- Manage project timelines and customer expectations.

Showroom Management:

- Maintain a clean and organized showroom with an effective product display.
- Manage stock levels and report any issues or needs.

Customer Service:

- Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Reporting:

- Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and customer feedback.

Performance Measurement:

- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets for wholesale, retail, and project segments.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and positive feedback.
- Order Management: Efficiently handle and process orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate quotes.
- Stock Management: Keep track of stock levels and manage inventory effectively.

Example of Performance Measurement:

- Sales Achievement: Recognition for meeting or exceeding the monthly sales target of 150,000 AED.
- Customer Feedback: Tracking of positive feedback from customers and high satisfaction scores.
- Order Efficiency: Ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders, with mínimal errors or delays.

Targets and Incentives:

- Monthly Sales Target: 150,000 AED in total sales (wholesale, retail, and project combined).
- Incentive: 0.5% of the total sales margin, with incentives paid after full payment is received.

Additional Information:

- Salary: 1,200-1,500 AED per month, with additional earnings based on performance.
- Accommodation: Room provided by the company; food is your responsibility.
