Key Responsibilities:
**Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including preparing quotations, sales proposals, and presentations.
- Handle client inquiries, provide information, and maintain a high standard of customer service, particularly with Thai-speaking clients.
- Coordinate and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and sales records.
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and materials.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting arrangements, and event coordination.
- Support finance in tracking invoices and processing purchase orders.
- Translate documents and communications between Thai and English, as needed.

**Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and workflow.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and customers, especially those based in Thailand.
- Manage calendars and appointments for the sales team and senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Language: Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, administrative roles, or a related field.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment is an advantage.

**Technical Skills**
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
