By becoming a commercial property broker you benefit from having the freedom to work with both Leasing & Sales stock with **double** the agency fee value to the residential market.

- Commission starts at 50% on your deals and increases by 5% with each quarterly target achieved (up to 70%) (uncapped) + unbeatable weekly, monthly and quarterly incentives

- Native level communicator in both spoken and written English
- Driving License (a valid UAE license or an exchangeable driving license from home country, as this is mandatory to obtain before applying. Driving licenses that require you to take the UAE driving lessons and exams are not accepted)

**Core duties of a Real Estate Broker**:

- Make outbound calls to find properties via our vast database of landlords/sellers
- List properties on our CRM system (Sales Force)
- Receive leads and manage the enquiries by qualifying the clients
- Arrange and conduct viewings
- Negotiate offers and agreements between both parties
- Get contracts signed between tenant/landlord or buyer/seller and collect commission cheques
- Maintain ongoing professional relationships with clients to promote future business
