- Preparing qoutation
- Drafting letters, filling forms, coordination and communication with Contractor, Suppliers and colleagues.
- Establish, implement and maintain filling systems.
- Provide general support.
- Coordinate tasks and assignments as directed.
- Require good command on English and computer skills.
- Run general errands.
- MUST have Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- MUST have Experience with office management software s like Outlook, MS office - Excel & word.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
