**Location: Cairo, Egypt**

We are seeking a Recruiter** **to join our Projects Talent Acquisition team in Egypt where you will have the opportunity to be dedicated to one of our most exciting projects in the Construction/Design Engineering space.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process from initial role briefing through to offer stage
- Ongoing communication with hiring managers to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience recruiting into the Construction/Design Engineering space
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships at different levels within an organization
- Experience recruiting internationally
- Strong organization skills, and the ability to delegate, where applicable, certain aspects of the recruitment process i.e., interview scheduling and sourcing
- Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
- Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques
- Effective communication and listening skills
- Experience and ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize different needs and plans to accommodate a broad range of stakeholders and responsibilities
- English (Must), Arabic (preferred)
