**Key Responsibilities:
**Front Desk Management**:

- Welcome visitors, clients, and suppliers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage inquiries from clients and suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and general information about the company's products and services.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it represents the professional image of the steel trading company.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested by management.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and suppliers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications for reference and follow-up.

**Office Operations**:

- Monitor and replenish office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for any office repairs or maintenance requirements.
- Assist with the coordination of office events, meetings, and special projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Any graduation ; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role, preferably within the steel trading or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanour.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively..
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle.
