Business Development Manager

**New Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the client base.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and HR projects and provide solutions accordingly.
**Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Meet and exceed Monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Continuously identify opportunities for upselling of services.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on market insights and opportunities.
**Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to align business development efforts with recruitment strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
**Salary**: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
