- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
- Maintaining and updating HR databases, employee records, and relevant HR documentation.
- Assisting in performance evaluation processes, tracking employee performance metrics, and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
- Handling employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a professional and timely manner, ensuring effective resolution.
- Assisting in the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Staying updated with current HR trends and best practices, and proactively sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role, specifically working with HR outsourced firms.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and databases.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
