**Responsibilities**:

- Drive business setup projects on behalf of clients according to their operational needs in UAE.
- Draft diverse corporate legal documents including resolutions, changes of directors and shareholders, attestation and legalization, issuance of certificates, bank account openings.
- Coordinate with government authorities and banks.
- Respond to client enquires in a professional manner and build relationship with clients through effective sales conversations and presentations.
