**Job Title: Business Setup Advisor**

**Location: Dubai

As a Business Setup Advisor at Nathan HR, you will play a crucial role in our mission to facilitate seamless company formation and business setup processes for our clients. Leveraging your expertise in outbound and inbound sales, as well as your in-depth knowledge of UAE business regulations, you will guide clients through every step of establishing their presence in the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Consultation**: Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and objectives, providing expert advice on suitable company structures and legal requirements for business setup in the UAE.

2. **Sales and Lead Generation**: Drive outbound and inbound sales initiatives to generate new business opportunities. Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into clients and achieve sales targets.

3. **Market Research**: Stay informed about the latest developments in UAE business regulations, market trends, and competitor activities to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant information.

4. **Documentation Assistance**: Assist clients in preparing and submitting the necessary documentation for company formation, ensuring compliance with UAE authorities and regulatory bodies.

5. **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and ensure long-term client satisfaction.

6. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and administration, to streamline the business setup process and provide a seamless experience for clients.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Proven experience in outbound and inbound sales, preferably in the business consultancy or company formation sector in the UAE.

2. In-depth knowledge of UAE business regulations, licensing processes, and company formation procedures.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

4. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.

6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

7. Proficiency in English.
