**Job Objective**:
Responsible to effectively handle the daily operations of the branch by adequately managing resource utilization and monitoring the performance and productivity of the branch. He/she is also responsible to effectively supervise a team by providing leadership, monitoring and training.

**Job’s Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for overall Sales and Operations of the branch, team building, profitability, accounts & administration of the branch.
- Volume & revenue generation from all Express Products, WPS and Other Remittances.
- Generation of Clients for the branch and business development for the branch with the branch marketing team with effective marketing plan.
- Supervise efficient working of all employees and provide guidance to them to achieve zero defect operations, and timely completions of all assigned activities.
- Monitor and ensure staff productivity.
- Strive to reduce the TAT (Turnaround Time) by competent utilization of resources.
- Promote a sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
- Ensure enough funds/currencies are available for daily operations and that the cash levels are maintained within insurance limits.
- Ensure procedures are being followed with regard to the handling of physical cash and there is a high level of security awareness at all times.
- Ensure Front Office procedures and controls are being adhered to by branch staff.
- Supervise cash balancing at the end of the day, review and verify the necessary daily cash and transaction reports.
- Responsible for Branch alarm/security surveillance system and vault custodian.
- System and process development to ensure strict compliance of AML and other regulatory directives.
- Ensure and maintain high standard customer sales and service as per company polices.
- Responsible to prepare and reconcile branch daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
- Track nearby competitors and report local market trends.

**Education**
- Graduate degree.

**Experience**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Branch In charge/Supervisor

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
