**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
- Generate qualified leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
- Understand clients' business needs and challenges to recommend appropriate software solutions.
- Conduct thorough consultations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of the software.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs and requirements of potential clients.
- Highlight key features, benefits, and differentiators of the software to effectively communicate its value.
- Prepare detailed and customized proposals outlining the software solution, pricing structure, and implementation plan.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals align with the client's technical specifications.
- Engage in negotiations with clients to address concerns, answer queries, and secure favourable terms.
- Close deals by obtaining signed contracts and agreements, ensuring a smooth transition to the implementation phase.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends and client needs to offer ongoing support and relevant software updates.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance the software's competitiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including prospecting efforts, client interactions, and deal status.
- Prepare regular reports for management, outlining sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Continuously update knowledge of the software's features, benefits, and use cases.
- Provide training sessions to clients and internal teams as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer success.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas within specified timeframes.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to contribute to product enhancements and improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in software sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
