Recruiter (Head Hunter)

WE ARE HIRING Position of RECRUITER (Head Hunter)
Manage the entire process of hiring bike riders, including but not limited to:
- Performing recruitment advertising, screening, and interviewing
- Managing onboarding and new hire process
- Maintaining riders’ record regularly
- Automating and continuously enhancing the hiring process
- Examine the documents that riders have submitted and adhere to all applicable legal requirements
- Following up case by case and until the employed person starts his duty.
Job Qualifications
- Must have at least one year of delivery service experience in recruiting, or a related field
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have good time management skills
- Must be tech and media savvy (mktg skills)
- Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team
Education: Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience: recruitment: 1 year (required)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
