Receptionist Responsibilities:
- **Customer Service Excellence**:
- Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Address client concerns or complaints promptly and escalate when necessary to ensure high satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular clients, encouraging long-term memberships.
- **Studio Operations Support**:
- Assist in organizing studio events, workshops, and wellness programs.
- Ensure the studio environment is welcoming, well-maintained, and that equipment is in order.
- Assist in managing studio supplies, placing orders for front desk materials, and ensuring necessary items are stocked.
- **Client Onboarding**:
- Guide new clients through the membership process, providing tours of the studio, introducing instructors, and explaining class options.
- Offer guidance on class packages and membership plans based on client fitness goals.
Marketer Responsibilities:
- **Studio Development & Growth**:
- Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for studio expansion, including adding new services like yoga, workshops, or wellness programs.
- Research local fitness trends and competitors to keep the studio’s offerings competitive and attractive.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses (cafes, health stores, etc.) to promote the studio and cross-market services.
- **Event Planning & Promotion**:
- Coordinate and promote in-studio events (e.g., wellness workshops, open house events, charity drives) to boost community involvement and studio visibility.
- Organize promotional campaigns to launch new classes, such as mat Pilates or yoga, and track the success of these initiatives.
- **Client Feedback & Studio Improvements**:
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients regarding their experience at the studio (class quality, facilities, services).
- Provide suggestions for improving the overall client experience based on feedback and market trends, helping with studio development.
- **Brand Building & Rebranding**:
- Assist in rebranding efforts (e.g., transitioning from “Mojo Pilates” to “Mojo Wellness”), developing new marketing materials, and updating social media with refreshed brand messaging.
- Ensure that the studio's visual identity and message align with the new wellness-focused direction by creating engaging content that highlights Pilates, yoga, and holistic offerings.
- **Collaborations & Sponsorships**:
- Identify and secure partnerships with fitness influencers, local wellness experts, or other studios to co-host events and increase exposure.
- Negotiate sponsorships or collaborations with health and wellness brands that align with the studio's mission.
- **Studio Development Reporting**:
- Report on client growth, class attendance, and feedback to the management team regularly, providing actionable insights for studio development.
- Analyze marketing campaign results to suggest new strategies for continued growth and client retention.
