Your role will be included but not limited to:

- Oversee the menu planning, creation, and execution of culinary offerings, ensuring quality, consistency, and creativity
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative and seasonal menus that showcase locally-sourced ingredients and cater to diverse guest preferences
- Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene
- Lead the service team to provide exceptional, personalized, and attentive service to all guests
- Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and service colleagues to deliver a memorable dining experience
- Handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism, striving for timely and effective resolution
- Recruit, train, and manage a skilled culinary and service team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Set performance standards, conduct regular evaluations, and provide coaching to team members for continuous improvement
- Develop efficient colleague schedules to optimize staffing levels and cost control
- Manage food and beverage costs, ensuring budget compliance and optimizing profitability
- Oversee inventory control, procurement, and supplier relationships, while maintaining high-quality standards
- Implement and enforce safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with Marketing team on planning and executing special F&B events, such as themed dinners and parties
- Create & implement strategies by creating vibrant dining experiences for the guests

to drive footfall to all the Food & Beverages Outlet

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or similar role with a strong culinary background & experience in Food & Beverages Service
- Exceptional knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and menu planning
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a fine dining or upscale hospitality establishment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
- Food safety and sanitation certification
