About the Role

We are looking for an outstanding Principal for **School **to join our team.

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the schools Vision and Mission as well as all policies, academic standards and pastoral support in the Secondary Boys' / girls School.

The post holder will deputise for the Principal as required and assist in shaping & implementing the educational strategy for the school.

**About You**

Core Skills/Qualifications/Experience
- Master’s degree(Preferred not essential) with minimum 1st Division / Class in all exams;
- Bachelors degree
- Master’s in Education (preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience with at least 5 years of leadership experience in an academic setting.

Soft Skills
- Detailed knowledge of the United Arab Emirates education sector with a demonstrated ability to engage with school leaders, senior executives and influencer organizations at the emirate and national level
- Advanced communication skills, including excellent writing and presentation skills
- Mature in approach, decision-making and follow through
- Self-starter who takes initiatives and can exemplify the institution culture during interactions
- Ability to motivate and engage extended teams to plan and execute strategies and projects
- Strives for improvement with record in meeting aggressive school targets against closely measured goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, without distractions
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to and drive change as required About your Benefits
