Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Warners Bros Discovery team in Dubai, supporting the imminent launch of a new channel in Saudi Arabia.

The Senior Compliance Producer will be responsible for supporting the implementation of regulatory compliance requirements in line with local laws and practices, across a broad range of factual and lifestyle content. The position is required to review and oversee the compliance editing of programme content whilst ensuring versions are in line with compliance directives, editorial requirements as well as meeting company standards and practices.

The position necessitates a thorough knowledge and experience of regulatory compliance in the Middle East, experience of Post Production, exceptional communication skills, a high level of personal motivation and the ability to react considerately and decisively to multiple considerations in a fast paced and often time-pressured environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all regulatory codes of practice and cultural sensitivities related to Saudi Arabia are applied through appropriate edit decisions and certification
- Liaise with key in internal and external stakeholders when required to access expert advice, discuss best practice and determine the most suitable approach to meet the regulatory requirements
- Evaluate and assess potential content, advising the most appropriate reversioning and editing approach
- Provide clear and accurate edit instructions and direction in line with business requirements to ensure reversioned content fulfills all requirements
- Maintain editorial and storytelling integrity across all edited versions
- Uphold all brand values and adhere to internal Standards & Practices
- Devise creative solutions to compliance, editorial and workflow challenges to create the best outcome for our content.
- Be responsible for all appropriate reporting, ensuring all content information is clear, accurate and up to date, including compliance reporting, programme approval forms, etc.
- Qualifications:

- Solid programming experience and a proven track record within Factual, Lifestyle and Entertainment genres
- Ability to multi-task, work calmly under pressure and prioritise in order to comply with tight business and TX critical deadlines.
- A solution focused approach with confident decision-making skills
- The ability to work effectively with colleagues across the international business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail
- Experience of working in international TV
- The ability to embrace a dynamic and changing environment
- Fluency in English
- Desirable - fluency in Arabic
