The Cyber Security team sits within the Engineering function and is responsible for managing and maturing the cyber security program within BitOasis. The team is involved in product and platform security, and in ensuring right controls are identified and adopted to protect our customer assets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Technology and Operations teams to drive the adoption of Cyber security controls and address Cyber and Regulatory risks
- Design and implement a risk framework that involves regular risk assessment, tracking, and reporting of risks
- Ensure Cyber security policies and standards are maintained and communicated to relevant stakeholders
- Partner with internal stakeholders to respond to cyber security requests from regulators across countries
- Work with Compliance teams to identify Country specific cyber security regulatory requirements, be able to clearly interpret the requirements, and ensure compliance through testing
- Be able to face cyber security audits and regulatory inspections across countries and be able to clearly articulate our control environment
- Develop a training program that involves producing training materials and conducting training for employees and customers
- Develop and maintain Incident Management and Business Continuity Plans and ensure plans are tested on a regular basis
- Develop Key Control Indicators to monitor and measure the performance of controls and report to senior management

Role Qualifications
- Experience in rolling-out of Information Security Management frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, etc
- Good understanding of various security domains - Access management, Cryptography, Malware Protection, Cloud Security, Incident Management, etc
- Experience in working with external auditors and regulators
- Ability to partner and communicate with senior stakeholders and be able to influence the adoption of cyber security capabilities
- Strong leadership and people management skills
