Team Coordinator

**Job Purpose**:
This position reports to the Head of Student Recruitment and is responsible for providing support by responding to the inquiries of potential students and verifying & qualifying leads. The team coordinator will make/receive inquires about admission process procedures, tuition fees and other concerns.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Support the student recruitment teams in terms of analyzing and maintaining databases, verifying and identifying high potential students and tagging them to the team members for follow up and conversions.
- Handle Admissions incoming calls from the main switch line & on the work line.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest or inquired about educational programs.
- Utilize various sources, such as leads databases, online inquiries, referrals, and other channels, to generate potential student leads.
- Collect relevant information from leads, update the CRM system, and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Ensure that all the files for enrolled students are complete.
- Assist in campus tours, school visits, Exhibitions & Events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitors' offerings to provide accurate information to prospective students.
- Collect feedback from prospective students regarding their experience with the admissions process and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to analyse data, identify patterns, and suggest strategies for enhancing the admissions process.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned / needed in order to meet the requirements of the role and the goals of the Institute.
**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:
- Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited University in Business Administration, Education or related fields.
- English Language Fluency, with fluency in at least one other language (preferably Arabic).
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in accredited higher education universities or similar function.
- Flexible on working hours (Including weekends and evenings if needed).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced organizational, planning and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to represent the University in a professional manner.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet enrolment targets and deadlines.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
