The Arabic Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within a designated market or customer segment by promoting products or services to Arabic-speaking customers. This role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and effectively closing deals to achieve sales targets. The Arabic Sales Executive represents the company and acts as a key point of contact for Arabic-speaking customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate sales leads and expand the customer base within the Arabic-speaking market segment. Actively pursue new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with Arabic-speaking customers. Understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide appropriate product or service recommendations to meet their requirements.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver effective sales presentations to showcase products or services, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions to Arabic-speaking customers. Adapt sales techniques and materials to align with cultural preferences and market dynamics.
- Negotiation and Closing: Conduct negotiations with potential customers to secure sales agreements. Handle objections, propose solutions, and negotiate terms and conditions to successfully close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences within the Arabic-speaking market segment. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product/service improvement and new market penetration.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to Arabic-speaking customers throughout the sales process. Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports. Provide regular sales activity reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback to sales management.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure effective communication, alignment, and coordination in serving Arabic-speaking customers.
- Industry Networking: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and promote the company's products or services to Arabic-speaking audiences.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Language Skills**: Native or near-native fluency in Arabic language as well as English (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication within the organization.
- **Sales Experience**: Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related role is typically required. Experience in B2B or B2C sales within the Arabic-speaking market segment is an advantage.
- **Cultural Awareness**: Strong understanding of Arab culture, customs, and business etiquette. Ability to adapt sales strategies and approaches to meet the cultural expectations and preferences of Arabic-speaking customers.
- **Sales Skills**: Demonstrated ability to drive sales, meet targets, and close deals. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Effective listening and communication skills to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- **Product Knowledge**: Familiarity with the company's products or services and the ability to articulate their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to Arabic-speaking customers.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong customer orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- **Results-Driven**: Motivated and target-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
- **Cross-Cultural Communication**: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to adapt communication styles accordingly.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics, customer preferences, and organizational goals. Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends and sales techniques.

**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
