**Responsibilities**:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using ovens, including bread, pastries, roasted meats, and vegetables.
Develop and refine recipes to ensure high-quality, consistent results.
Operate and maintain all oven equipment, ensuring it is used safely and efficiently.
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked to perfection.
Oversee kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
Participate in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
Control food costs and minimize waste to maximize profitability.
Assist in special events, catering, and promotional activities as required.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an oven chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
Expertise in various oven cooking techniques, including baking, roasting, and broiling.
Strong knowledge of different types of ovens and their functions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
