- **Learning and Development**: Continuously learn cooking techniques, safety standards, and kitchen operations from senior chefs.
- **Equipment Handling**: Use kitchen tools and equipment (such as knives, grills, ovens, etc.) safely and properly, maintaining cleanliness of equipment.
