Title: Business Development Manager (Exhibition Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential exhibitors and sponsors for upcoming exhibitions and events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry associations, government agencies, and corporate partners.
- Create customized sales proposals and presentations to showcase the value proposition of participating in our exhibitions and events.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sponsorship packages to secure commitments from exhibitors and sponsors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials to drive attendance and participation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue projections on a regular basis.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our network.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to exhibitors and sponsors throughout the exhibition lifecycle.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by sharing insights, ideas, and best practices with the team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales exhibitions, preferably in the UAE market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the exhibition industry, including market trends, competitor landscape, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
