Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards.

Take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring mise en place and organization are maintained.

Contribute to menu planning and development under the guidance of the Chef de Partie.

Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to recipes and presentation standards.

Monitor and maintain stock levels, participating in inventory management and ordering as needed.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Collaborate with the culinary team to create a positive and efficient kitchen environment.

Demonstrate creativity in presenting and garnishing dishes to enhance visual appeal.

Support in the development and implementation of new cooking techniques and methods.

Uphold high standards of culinary excellence and consistently strive for improvement.

Qualifications:
Culinary school diploma or equivalent culinary certification.

Proven experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role.

Knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and food presentation.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new culinary trends and techniques.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Creative and passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

**Salary**: AED2,200.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
