**Key Accountabilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to derive actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Generate and manage detailed management reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance for key stakeholders.
- Uncover trends and segment customers effectively to enhance targeted marketing efforts.
- Perform churn analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for customer retention and growth.
- Take a lead role in pricing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue and market competitiveness.
- Refine campaign performance through data-driven insights and optimizations.
- Lead yearly budget management, Track and analyse Profit and Loss (P&L) as per budget and offering insights into financial performance and areas for improvement.
- Drive data-driven initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility for analysis purposes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions for improved data management and analysis.

**Qualifications, experience and skills**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics).
- MBA preferred

**Experience**:

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience, with at least 10 years’ experience in Field of Data Analytics, Pricing and Budgeting

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in data analysis, with a focus on generating actionable insights.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
- Experience with churn analysis, pricing strategies, and financial analysis.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and P&L tracking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
