- **Finance Admin Intern, Based on Dubai - UAE**

- You will be responsible for scheduling appointment and maintain calendars
- You will be responsible for schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- You will be responsible for create and maintain filing system both electronic and physical
- You will be responsible for managing travel expense and perform bookkeeping
- You will be the point of contact for Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff, taking notes and minutes in meetings, ordering and taking stock of office supplies, being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
- You will support basic commercial tasks defined by the Line Manager

**Your Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Administration completed or in process of completion
- Proven working experience would be an asset
- Self-starter, motivated and result oriented
- Reliable and able to carry out tasks autonomously and collaboratively
- SAP knowledge would be an asset
- Good command of English and Presentation skills
- Strong level of English communication
