- Exceptional teamwork, communication and collaboration skills
- Has exceptional social skills
- Flexible to move between departments
- Skilfully serve at fine dining table
- Assist with set up of elegant buffet
- Great attention to detail and creativity
- In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, cleanliness and hygiene
- Adheres to food safety policies, procedures and practices.
- Must be extremely organized. Able to notice when things are out of place.

**Must be willing to travel.
