We are recruiting an** Estimation Assistant cum Document Controller** to join our Estimation Dept. at **Royal Joinery**. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone with proven joinery and administrative experience who is personable and capable to quickly establish their credibility.

**In this role you will be responsible **for controlling the data, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by estimation department and other teams, projects or departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Receive and register all incoming documents such as letters, Tender documents, contract documents, Invoices, Payment Certificate from Consultant, Contractor and accordingly distributes them to all concerned persons
- Prepares internal memos, outgoing letters and transmittals etc. and responsible for compilation.
- Maintains database for all types of outgoing and incoming documents for tracking and easy retrieval.
- Tracks processing of Payments Certificate (PCs), Approval Request Form (ARFs), Agreed Value of Engineer's Instruction (AVIs) and Request to Proceed (RTPs) from the opening to closing.
- Maintain, Register and Safe storage of all original Contract Documents and Consultancy Agreements.
- Administer compete filing system and ensure filing of all actioned documents promptly.
- Supports technical projects and departments.
- Receives, catalogues and stores hard copies and electronic copies of all technical drawings, reports and related information in an orderly manner, in line with policies and procedures.
- Allocates and controls the document numbering system for the project work.
- Works with precision to ensure that all electronic and hard copy filing is accurate and is easily retrievable.
- Responds in a timely manner to requests to retrieve information, information searches and general requests for support from project/department personnel.
- Reporting directly to Estimation Manager

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Proficient in MS office
- Excellent communication skills in English - verbal and written

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3years work experience in a construction or joinery industry
