**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the accountant by performing basic computer tasks such as data entry, generating reports, and organizing financial records.
- Manage rent follow-up procedures, including sending reminders to tenants and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
- Coordinate with property managers or landlords regarding rental agreements, lease renewals, and other related matters.
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is advantageous but not required

**Languages **:English, Hindi

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
