**Job description: -**
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties, including managing correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
- Maintain employee records (visa, DSO cards, parking cards etc.) according to the policy and legal requirements.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Provide general support to visitors and staff.
- Handle tasks on government portals such as DSO (Dubai Silicon Oasis portal) and MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation).
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and timely submission of required documents.
- Liaise with external partners and ensure legal compliance.
- Prepare and issue invoices for clients and vendors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Handle petty cash, including recording transactions and reconciling accounts.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required & store records of all accounts related applicable transaction digitally and physically.
- Coordinate with banks for various financial transactions.
- Assist the supervisor with banking tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and bank reconciliation.
- Ensure all banking documentation is correctly filed and maintained.
- Arrange travel ,accommodations and process expense forms.
- Answering telephone calls, responding to queries.
- Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other stakeholders/government offices
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.

**Job Specification and Technical Requirements: -**
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and organizing office operations.
- Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures related to visas, company licence & related compliances
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with government portals like DSO,Free zone and MOHRE (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
