- Ensure FIFO “first in first out “product rotation is effectively being implemented and follow that with the merchandisers team with random inspection visits to Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess.
- Responsible for coordinate with suppliers and logistics to manage product deliveries and stock replenishment.
- Ensure adequate availability and effective use of POSM “Point of Sale Materials “and evaluate every point
- Conduct mystery daily visits to ensure the quality of service provided by the team (Uniform, attitude. Etc.)

**Responsibilities regarding to Sales**:

- Increase the customer Base and Coverage of 100% outlets on the assigned territory & trade
- Build good working relationships with customers, outlet staff, colleagues, and managers & maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to serve company reputation and market position
- Responsible for Apply, follow, suggest, and develop sales area and route plan, achieve the daily targeted visits in high performance
- Get LPOs and make sure of smooth Processing and report any obstacles or changes at time.
- Manage your time effectively and make sure of achieving productivity target and make sure of planning and processing new reports as required
- Plan, suggest, act and report to increase gondolas, shelves, display faces, and every possible selling location inside and outside the outlets and push to get the superiority on competitors and act as market leader
- responsible for keeping track of inventory and submitting order requests to the purchasing department which is many stores handle inventory through computer tracking and ordering systems, and may suggest new items, and negotiate the prices according to company profit requirements.
- Responsible for the to monitor merchandisers team, check displays of company products report and take required actions for expiry, near expiry, damaged items and check back stock to report the potential competition activities
- Responsible for regularly compiling price surveys for the competitors and communicating with sales and R&D department.
- Responsible for effective execution and management of product displays, ensuring that they are fully and properly stocked.
- Responsible for gathering marketing intelligence and communicating to management on time for decision making and corrective action taking.
- Responsible for carrying out market evaluations and coming up with action plans on issues observed to insure the effective
- Ensure commercial standards and targets are met according to the established plan and according to the company standards
- Monitor and record the use of promotional materials, including outbound and inbound POP “point of purchase”.
- Responsible for achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales Targets and that must be planned with the merchandisers team in each area according to the sales directions
- Responsible for Research the market for related products & closely monitor competitor’s activities and Gather market and customer information to reach the potential investment plans

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

License/Certification:
