As a _**Real Estate HR Manager**_ at _**Urban Terrace Real Estate LLC**_, you will play a crucial role in building and managing a talented workforce that contributes to our company's growth and success. You will lead HR initiatives, implement policies, and provide strategic guidance to support our employees and ensure a positive work environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Talent Acquisition**: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring _top talent in the real estate industry_. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

**Employee Relations**: Act as a trusted resource for employees and management, handling HR-related inquiries, conflict resolution, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

**Training and Development**: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge within the organization.

**HR Policies and Compliance**: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labour laws and regulations.

**HR Reporting**: Generate HR metrics and reports to analyze HR trends, workforce demographics, and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

**Employee Engagement**: Create and implement initiatives to foster a positive work culture, boost employee morale, and enhance employee engagement.

**Performance Management**: Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring employees receive regular feedback and development opportunities.

**Compensation and Benefits**: Manage compensation programs, salary reviews, and benefits administration to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- _**Proven experience as an HR Manager in the Real Estate Industry or a related field.**_
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
