Call Center Team Leader

Should have strong communication skills both in English & Arabic (written & spoken)
- Will be responsible to handle teams of customer service agents
- Should be able to coach customer service agents on quality parameters and customer service skills
- Work as first level of escalation for reporting team and assigned clients
- Strong understanding of Call Center Operations and standards
- Manage and ensure adherence of the defined work schedule
- Track team attendance as and when needed
- Ability to multitask and process information
- Must be able to adapt and work in fast paced environment
- Transition new projects as and when needed
- Should be available to start immediately at Dubai office
**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
