- Follow up with leads and prospects to understand their real estate needs and provide relevant information.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and client information for future follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads into the sales process.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Dubai market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to understand and address client needs.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
- Must possess a valid UAE visa (own visa) and be eligible to work in Dubai.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Employment Type**: Commission Based (from AED 3,500 to AED 4,000/m)
