**Merger & Acquisition Consultant**

**Finance Department**

This role is to support Group CFO on the ongoing business plans (budget, forecast) and M&A-related activities.

What you have:

- Superb financial modeling skills. Including building complex valuation models (e.g. a full-fledged DCF) from scratch for potential targets.
- In addition, responsible for regular 5-10 years business plan for an existing business, plus potential targets.
- Familiar with market deals/trends (e.g. transaction multiples), capable of conducting research for benchmarking/ comps.
- Execute buy-side related transactions across the entire deal cycle, including:

- Review IMs for potential targets, develop DD IRL, perform initial valuation, assess target co. vs. overall strategy, report findings
- Support fundraising, develop modeling for pitch deck, structuring shares, and all technical-related tasks.
- Conduct due diligence (by liaising with external consultants), valuation, and transaction structuring
- Conduct overall process management including internal communication, stakeholder alignment, and timely/ successful clothe sure of deal
- All other buy-side activities as required

Qualifications:

- CFA qualified.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Looking for someone that is extremely hardworking, smart, fast, and responsive (communication is key).
- No preference in terms of gender or nationality.

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
