Office Administrator- Arabic Female

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
- Purchase of office supplies or ad-hoc business needs
- Maintain adequate level of supplies, monitor consumption, and control expenses
- plan and organize company events
- Organize Payment of utilities bill and telephone
- Point of contact for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills etc.
- Oversee support staff e.g., hospitality
- respond to clients/sales queries
- support HR Dept.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in business management
- Proven office management & administrative experience
- Experience organizing or managing team logistics requirements (flights, hotels, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Native Arabic Speaker with fluent English
- Presentable, tactful and pleasant personality
Employment Type
Full-time
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
