**Job description**
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of sales-related documentation.
- Utilize your knowledge of estimations to support the sales team in preparing accurate and competitive project proposals.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to gather necessary information for estimations.
- Prepare and review quotations for EV charging infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with customer requirements and company pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather cost information for accurate estimations.
- Interact with customers to understand their requirements and provide information on pricing, services, and project timelines.
- Address customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in processing sales orders and documentation related to EV charger installations.
- Collaborate with logistics and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Generate regular reports on sales activities, including order status, sales pipelines, and revenue projections.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain an organized filing system for sales-related documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless coordination in project delivery.
- Communicate project requirements and timelines effectively.
- Manage calendars and schedules for the sales team, coordinating appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Assist in planning and organizing sales-related events.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the EV charging sector.
- Provide market insights to support sales and business development strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support and sales assistance, preferably in the EV charging industry.
- Knowledge of estimations and the ability to prepare accurate project proposals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Familiarity with UAE market dynamics and regulations.
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
