Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the EV charging sector in the UAE.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to position our EV chargers for success in the UAE market.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, potential partners, and clients in the EV charging sector.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand our presence and market share in the UAE.
- Create and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets and sales goals.
- Build a strong sales team and oversee the development of sales channels and partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that our EV charging solutions meet the specific needs of the UAE market.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve the product offering and enhance its competitiveness.
- Stay updated on all regulatory and compliance requirements related to EV charging in the UAE.
- Ensure that our products and operations adhere to all relevant regulations.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote our EV charging solutions, including brand positioning, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Build brand awareness and strengthen the company's reputation in the EV charger sector.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on business development progress, sales performance, and market trends.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development within the EV or renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of the EV charging market in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the local business landscape and regulatory framework.
