**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting Visitors and helping them navigate through the office
- Attending to calls and queries - complete understanding of product and services weoffer
- Coordinating team activities
- Organizing and maintaining studio throughout working day
- Gear Management and organizing in Correct Manner with updates on maintenanceof gear
- Studio Props and Inventory
- Frame Inventory
- Manage Office Supplies
- Petty Cash Management
- Daily Interaction and update with Management
- Allocating the Shoot and Ensuring Balanced Allocation of Shoots
- Data Entry of Clients and Hard Drive Management
- Overlooking and managing Overall Studio Cleanliness
- Arranging couriers and collection mails/ callsSkills Required
- Strong Communication and social skills and Client Interaction (convey clearly)
- Excellent Organizing Ability
- Friendly, Team Player, Empathetic
- Multitasker
- Problem-solver and Resistance to Stress
- Show initiative to create a positive, clean, organized environment
- Must know Basic Photography for Mini Studio Sessions
