We are a Toy Distributor and are looking for a skilled **Key Account/Sales Manager** who will be responsible daily operation handling with our UAE based B2B accounts.

You should be able to manage multiple key accounts at the same time and to grow the company's revenue by ensuring existing key clients are satisfied and by adding new key clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between customers and company
- In-depth understanding of company key customer needs and requirements
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of company products portfolio
- Managing effective communication between key customers
- Resolving key customers issues and complaints
- Meeting all clients’ needs and ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner

**Requirements and qualifications**
- 2 years’ previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience in the region
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Excellent English
- Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel skills and experience E-commerce
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field

**Job Offer**

Full-time on-site position in a fun work environment with like-minded & compelling co-workers.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 am to 05:00 pm and if needed on other days

**Salary**: AED 3000 - 3750

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,750.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
