A Master's degree in science or agricultural.
6+ years of experience in quality management and Inspections.
Certification in quality control will be a strong advantage.
Experience in business administration may be advantage.
Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and regulatory standards.
Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
Training in environmental monitoring and auditing will be appreciated.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Good technical and IT skills.

Quality Control Manager Responsibilities/ Duties:
A Quality Control Manager (State Head) - Supervises staff and oversees
Inspection procedures to ensure that commodities meet quality standards. The
quality control manager will also work with clients to ensure the needs and
requirements.
Manage and supervise laboratory, Inspection and other operational QC
activities.
Direct leadership of the site operational QA employee
Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for
Commodities.
Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team and other
appropriate staff. Coordinates Commodity testing processes.
Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure required
specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to issue Quality
Reports.
Method Validation of instruments, Review SOPs & STPs, etc.
Participates in Commodity testing.

Identifies and analyzes issues, defects, and other problems, particularly
when problems recur in multiple commodities; recommends and
facilitates solutions to these issues.
Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws,
regulations, guidelines, and policies.
Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with
regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Quality Control Manager Job Description:
Quality control manager to ensure the Quality Standards run smoothly and
generate a consistently suitable output that meet quality and efficiency
standards.
The quality control manager understands the customer's needs and
requirements and coordinates employee efforts and communications between
management and the QC teams.
Manager responsibilities will include performing some business administration
and human resource duties.
To be successful as a quality control manager, you should have excellent
communication and listening skills, with strong observational, analytical, and
problem-solving skills.
You should understand regulatory compliance and be skilled in understanding
scientific and technical data.
