Qualifications• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or Business Studies, along with appropriate professional qualification (preferred)Knowledge, skills and experience:• 8 years experience in a similar role with 4+ years of leadership/management experience.• Proven experience in contract administration including change management.• Awareness of all relevant corporate and project procedures.• Experience in contract negotiations.• Experience in claims & dispute resolution (pre and post-litigation experience preferred)Personal Attributes• Utmost integrity• Demonstrate commitment to WOOD and client Core Values• Demonstrate commitment to WOOD Commercial Process and Procedures.
