We are seeking a detailoriented professional with experience in procurement for facilities management company in UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Supplier Management:

  • Identify reliable suppliers and maintain strong relationships with them.
  • Negotiate favorable terms with the supplier.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and manage stock to prevent overordering or shortages.

2. Purchase Order Processing:

  • Prepare purchase orders based on requisitions from various departments.
  • Verify specifications quantities and pricing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to expedite orders and resolve any issues.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely payments to suppliers and resolve any billing issues.

3. Cost Control and Budgeting:

  • Monitor procurement costs and identify costsaving opportunities.
  • Assist in budget planning and adherence.

4. Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • 24 years of UAE experience in procurement preferably in Facilities management or related industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel; experience with procurement software is a plus.

UAE Driving license is mandatory.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Gross Salary: AED 5000 AED 7000 per month (based on experience)
