Professional Health Representative Neuroscience

Key Accountabilities:
Visiting physicians to help them manage their patients' disease using Pfizer products.
Distributing knowledge using guidelines through product samples, marketing literature, and clinical trials related to his products to help physicians and other healthcare professionals make the best decisions.
Following up with HCPs (KOLs, physicians, pharmacists, or any other party having an impact on the business) to gather feedback and questions regarding experience with Pfizer products.
Providing approved information to HCPs on Pfizer products, e.g., proper medical usage, dosage amounts, and side effects.
Enlisting Pfizer products in the formulary of institutions.
Providing feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions, and product access, as well as updates on changes in the healthcare system or hospital structure.
Involved in the pre-preparation of the marketing campaign by giving feedback to the marketing team on the real market and customer needs.
Following up on stock, consumption, and ordering processes, especially in the government sector and institutions.
Attending seminars and participating in setting up sales demonstrations and exhibitions.
Organizing AV activities in his/her area.
Reporting visits and other activities using MI.
Attending regular sales meetings with the sales manager, general meetings, and cycle meetings.
Preparing short-term POA restricted to his area and products.
Presenting reports according to sales manager recommendations and market needs.
Updating his customer list according to the targeting process by understanding customer segmentation and insights.
Understanding customer disease management needs.
Maintaining and creating new advocates by aligning to customers' priorities/needs.
Being accountable for all customer emails and phone calls related to business.
Executing activities (international, regional, and local conferences, workshops) done by the marketing and medical department to engage his customers.
Monthly reporting for sales, activities, market feedback, threats, and opportunities.
Participating in setting the engagement POA and playing an important role in its execution.
Playing an important role in engaging his customers via real bold partnership programs.
Exploring more business opportunities and expanding the scope of his/her reach.
Level of Responsibilities:
Tasks are performed under the general direction of the sales manager; however, the incumbent is fully responsible for the business and financial results of his geographical territory. Responsible for budget achievement including % Gr, % Ms, EV (IMS Parameters) for his area.
Position Relationships:
Similar position holders across the country.
Supportive departments (BT, Medical, Marketing, Finance, HR).
Opinion leaders and field experts.
Service providers and competitors.
Experience and Knowledge:
Medical or pharmaceutical education background.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the same position.
Experience in Abu Dhabi is preferred.
Neurology area experience is an additive.
Strong sales record in the last two years.
Good in English.
Effective selling skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Good computer skills.
Effective interpersonal and team building skills.
Good persuasive and negotiation skills.
