Position - Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Provide concierge services, including reservations, transportation, and recommendations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of hotel/venue facilities, promotions, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in organizing VIP guest experiences and special events.
  • Ensure compliance with hospitality standards and company policies.
  • Keep accurate records of guest interactions and preferences to enhance future experiences.
  • Handle any emergency situations or guest concerns professionally.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1+ years of experience in guest relations, front desk, or customer service in hotels, resorts, or luxury venues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
