Personal Assistant Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors to our school and deal with queries from families, visitors, staff, and children in conjunction with SLT.
  • Support the administration and organisation of assessment information, trips, and visits.
  • Assist with Teaching and Learning events such as Parent Meetings, newsletters, and platforms.
  • Take notes and minutes in SLT meetings.
  • Manage the virtual diaries of SLT where directed, including updating bookings.
  • Facilitate the transfer of documents to and from Aldar HQ.
  • Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and contacting candidates.
  • Line manage the work of other admin staff.
  • Maintain the school database with accuracy, including parent portal, engage, MIS, and internal assessment databases.
  • Take responsibility for the following SOPs (Standard Operating Processes).
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum diploma/degree of higher education or related industry qualification at graduate level for the assigned functional area(s).

Minimum Experience: 2 years' experience in a similar role.
