Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the CEO of Renty. Based in Dubai, the Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO's diary, handling executive administrative tasks, and performing various clerical duties. Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring effective communication on behalf of the CEO.

Qualifications
  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent Communication and Diary Management skills
  • Strong Clerical skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in office software and scheduling tools
  • Experience working with executives is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
