Role Overview:

We're looking for a driven and organized Account Executive to join our dynamic Dubai team. This bilingual role (English and Arabic) is perfect for someone passionate about marketing, eager to succeed, and ready to excel in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact, fostering strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns covering digital media, social media, PR, events, and on-ground activations.
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring flawless and timely execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analyses to craft insightful marketing strategies.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and insightful reports highlighting campaign progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate in creative brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas to life.
  • Build robust relationships internally and externally, maintaining consistent, clear communication.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into client strategies.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • 2+ years' experience in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
  • Proven skills in project management and organization.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media advertising) preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for relationship building.
  • Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating seamlessly within a team.
  • Detail-oriented, highly accurate, and passionate about achieving excellence.
