Senior Accountant - A Challenging Opportunity Awaits

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team at Tura Executive. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for all group entities.
  • Treasury Operations: Manage company cash flow, maintain accurate financial records, and optimize liquidity.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Assist with internal and external audits, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Tax Responsibilities: Prepare and file tax and VAT returns/claims in a timely manner, adhering to tax laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • System Optimization: Review and recommend improvements to accounting systems and linked systems, utilizing advanced Excel, databases, and Power BI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the energy/oil or commodities sector.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (BC, Aspect) and financial reporting tools.
