The Assistant Manager, Beach Operations supports the OPS Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and maintaining a welcoming, vibrant environment. This role is responsible for managing staff, enhancing member satisfaction, and contributing to the club's success through effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication. The Assistant Manager, Beach Operations ensures that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards and that guests enjoy a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience at the beach club.

About the Job

  • Develop and maintain an elegant environment with attentive service and superior colleagues.
  • Be accountable for smooth and efficient day to day operations.
  • Conduct daily briefings and ensure accurate team communication.
  • Ensure correct and consistent service techniques and equipment maintenance.
  • Prepare schedules to balance service needs and control labour costs.
  • Promote good public relations and handle guest complaints professionally.
  • Monitor and manage inventories, expenses, and waste control effectively.
  • Develop and evaluate colleagues for advancement while ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Provide accurate reports and adhere to financial, health, and safety guidelines.
  • Accomplish a set of administrative duties such as leading and attending meetings, writing reports, training policies & other duties directed by the Cluster Manager, F&B Operations.
  • Control usage of food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment's ensuring the equipment is used in a correct and safe manner.
  • Prepare colleague schedules, which allow for appropriate service while controlling labour costs and overtime.
